The cellist and composer will premiere pieces from her eagerly awaited second album. This time, in addition to the looper—allowing her to layer cello melodies into an almost orchestral sound—she will be joined by a viola and synthesizers. In her latest works, the artist also incorporates her voice, adding even more emotional depth. Dobrawa Czocher’s newest set is a fusion of musical worlds: from classical and minimal music to ambient and experimental soundscapes. The entire performance will be wrapped in the soft tones of synthesizers, with the deeply moving sound of the cello—as always—taking center stage.

Dobrawa Czocher (b. 1991) is a Polish cellist and composer. She graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where she studied with Professor Piotr Hausenplas, as well as from the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold, Germany, under Professor Alexander Gebert. She is a prizewinner of numerous competitions both as a soloist and chamber musician, and has participated in many international masterclasses and music festivals. In 2023, she released her debut solo album Dreamscapes featuring original compositions for cello, under the BMG / Modern Recordings label. Her second solo album is set to be released in autumn this year by the British label FatCat Records.
Natalia Czekała is a pianist, composer, vocalist, and mother of Miłka and Ninka. She completed 17 years of classical music education, which took her through three cities — Poznań, Warsaw, and Vienna. After her studies, she decided to follow her own musical instincts and began composing. Her journey began with founding the ethno-jazz band T/Aboret, with whom she released the debut album Cyjanotypia. Since then, she has been active across a wide range of musical fields — composing music for over 30 theatrical productions and staged readings, as well as animations, audio dramas, and short films.
