State Music School Complex No. 1 in Warsaw. The declaration on accessibility applies to the website of ZPSM No. 1 in Warsaw – www.nowamiodowa.pl

The website is partially compliant with the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to incompatibilities listed below:

• Pictures from school events are presented in a gallery and do not have any alternative text
• Contrast and letter size cannot be increased. View magnification is possible only with the use of the function available from the browser (shortcut Ctrl +)
• It is not possible to control the page with one button

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or any of their elements be ensured. You can also request information to be made available using an alternative means of access, for example by reading a digitally unavailable document, describing the content of the video without audio description, etc. The request should contain the data of the person submitting the request, an indication of which website or mobile application it is meant and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information by means of an alternative method of access, he should also specify a convenient way for him to present this information. The public entity should execute the request immediately, not later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person submitting the request about it when it will be possible to fulfill the request, and this deadline may not be longer than 2 months from the date of submitting the request.. If digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. In the event that the public entity refuses to comply with the request to provide accessibility or an alternative method of access to information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or website element, or mobile application.. • Headquarters of Zespół Państwowych Szkół Muzycznych Nr 1 in Warsaw Rakowiecka 21, 02-517 Warsaw.
• The seat consists of two buildings (building A "historic", where the school administration and general education classrooms are located, and building B "new", in which there is a concert hall, chamber halls and music didactics laboratories).
• There is one main entrance from ul. Rakowiecka 21. This entrance leads to level -1, has a ramp for wheelchairs and allows further access through corridors to two passenger lifts, allowing access to level 2 of building A and to all levels of building B.* Wheelchair users can also use an alternative entrance via a passenger and goods lift stopping at ground level, on the right side of building B. Lifts are operated by the employees and security of ZPSM No. 1, after reporting the need to use the elevator to the school security employee. The school security guard desk is located at the main entrance, next to which there is also a concierge and information desk.
• At the entrance with the driveway, there are no loudspeakers of the audio guidance system for blind and visually impaired people.
• For wheelchair users, there are corridors and rooms on all floors of building B and on four floors of building A, with the exception of the corridor on the third floor - the attic. Disabled toilets are located on each level of both buildings.
• The entrance is not secured with gates.
• There are no induction loops in the building.
• The building uses visual information, but there are no signs in Braille for the blind.
• On the premises of ZPSM No. 1 in Warsaw, there is 1 dedicated parking space for the disabled, from which you can get to the driveway leading to the interior of the building.
• All information about accessibility for people with disabilities is provided by the security staff of ZPSM No. 1 in Warsaw. You can enter the building and all its rooms with a guide dog or an assistance dog.
• It is not possible to use the free services of a sign interpreter during the working hours of the School.
• In special cases, it is possible to call an employee of ZPSM No. 1 in Warsaw to discuss how to settle the matter in a designated place at the main entrance level..

*Currently, the use of the wheelchair ramp at the main entrance is limited due to the old power connection passing through it. Until its removal, the access of trolleys to the premises of ZPSM No. 1 in Warsaw is possible through a passenger and goods lift stopping at the ground level, on the right side of building B.
